The District's Impact Fee became effective February 12, 2010. The Impact Fees will be assessed on any newly installed service lines, new subdivisions or new construction that will take place within the District's boundaries. In other words, any existing homes or lots within the boundaries that do not have Benchland Water stubbed to the property as of February 12, 2010.
Impact fees will be assessed by the acreage of the property according to the following schedule:

.751 to 1.0 Acres $10,523.00
1.01 to 1.25 Acres $13,102.00
1.251 to 1.50 Acres $15,681.00
1.501 to 1.75 Acres $18,260.00
1.751 to 2.0 Acres $20,839.00
Note: Anything above 2.0 Acres will be assessed the following Impact Fee Formula
Number of Irrigated Acres x Impact fee of $10,523.00
Example: 2.7 Acres x $10,523 = $28,412.00
